A mixed group of Templars, Assassins, and humans that formed after Desmond’s death and Juno’s release in late 2012 but didn’t fully take form until 2013.These people left what they once believed behind and joined together under the belief that Juno will usher in a new world of order. They help her bring this dream into reality as they take positions of high standings such as the government, army, or other important duties in the human world. Though the White House remains uncorrupted by Juno and her power, it is only a matter of time before they too, fall victim.
Junaens, upon being welcomed into the order, have a fragment of a piece of Eden implanted into their brain. Though this allows them to harness its power to an extent as well as wield other pieces, it doesn’t come without a price. Many suffer from headaches, constant voices in their head, visions, pain. These effects most often happen when stressed or angry, but it has been known to be completely random. This fragment protects them from the full power of the pieces of Eden, allowing them to wield them without consequence much like the Hybrids. They also grow… smarter. Able to fully understand mathematics and machines to its very core, this allows them to create weapons that would belittle those of the human race.
Junaens, like the other groups, blend into society, unidentifiable among them unless one has an episode, but even then most just think that the person has ‘problems’. Junaens are the enemies of BOTH Templar and Assassin, but neither of those two groups want to combine their strengths to battle the Junaens. Alone they are weak, defenseless against the Junaens, and the Junaens know this and strive to use this to their advantage.
