To keep this simple, I'm just going to give you a basic run-down of how you can go about doing this. You can come up with your own way, that's not a problem, just make sure the staff can understand it as well.
When creating your thread, please put your Homestead board name as its title. This is a MUST, as it keeps everything organized and makes it easy for others to find it as well as yourself.
Inside, how you want it laid out is completely up to you. You can be simple, or you can be creative. You can use codes and make a table or you can just copy and post your replies from the homestead shop into here. We just ask you keep it clean and organized. Sort it by date of purchase at least so it helps us understand when something was acquired.
When it comes to the point where you end up trading goods between other members you can make a simple post like:
Traded 3x Wagon of lumber for 6x bundle of cloth.
Something like that just so we have numbers. If something goes wrong, our staff wants to be able to help, and the cleaner you keep your thread, the more help we can give.
