To prevent unfair acquiring of furs and leathers, members must follow a few rules to keep play fair.
1. Members are only allowed 3 hunting threads a week where they can bring back no more than 5 small animals (beaver, rabbit, raccoon) OR 3 medium animals (fox, wolf, deer, bobcat), OR 1 large animal (bear, elk, cougar) per hunting trip.
2. When planning on "killing" an animal to take it back, members must roll a pair (2) of dice. Members then look at the highest number rolled, if ODD your shot misses and the animal escapes. If EVEN your shot lands a blow and the animal is yours.
If a member rolls doubles of any number BUT snake-eyes (double ones) the kill is yours and during your trip you find a string of 3 skins (one small, medium, and big animal) with no one around and you can choose to take them or not.
If a member gets snake-eyes (double ones) the kill is lost to them and their weapon suffers a malfunction (gun gets jammed, bow string breaks, etc.) and ultimately ends their hunt. They must return home and fix their weapon before heading out again on a new day. Yes this does use up one of your hunting trips.
Members can use the UBBC icon (has a die on it) to roll. This can be placd anywhere in their post, BUT IT MUST BE THERE. When rolling, make sure to enter 2 DICE TO BE ROLLED and each must have 6 SIDES
