The year is 2150, the world as we know it is completely changed. World War III left countries destroyed and wiped out over half the human population. The United States has collapsed and Damon Victers was able to take control of the turmoil and created a new government and country, called the American Empire, with himself as dictator.
A splinter organization grew from the ashes of the old United States, dubbing itself the United Resistance. This group of well abled individuals set out to expose the crimes of the government, and restore the true America to what it once was before the war.
