The year of 2012 has come and passed and though a horrific event has been avoided thanks to the actions of Rebecca, Shaun, and the life of Desmond, all is far from well. Juno is slowly gaining control and with the Templars all but dead and the Assassins few in numbers, she has little resistance.
2013:
Rebecca, Shaun, and Desmond's father continue to help their assassin brothers and sisters in this new world, a leader for their group yet to be chosen as continue to live in secrecy from the real world. Having been unable to hear the conversation between Desmond, Menurva, and Juno, his friends and father are still in the dark to exactly what had transpired between the three and what it was exactly that Desmond died for. The world was saved, yes... but a what cost, what force had Desmond unleashed when he took Juno's side? They strive to find the answered, but the underground cave has been lost to them, as it had crumbled, it's entrance blocked by tons of thick rock.
Abstergo Industries still stand around the world, but not as powerful as they once were now that Vidic is dead. They are currently in debate on who should take the lead next and it's only a matter of time before the war between Templars and Assassins continue.
With Juno slowly corrupting both sides as well as the normal citizens of the world to create her own army, it is becoming clear that it is no longer a war between the Templars and the Assassins, but a battle against Juno and her forces. Will the ancient history between the Templars and Assassins have to be thrown aside so that they may unite as one to fight against Juno? Or will they stay their blades and guns and let what be... be? Either way, a choice must be made and it only takes the words of a few to start a spread of doubt or hope.
